Golemata Voda plot
Lem Nikodinoski is rushed to the hospital where the doctors try to save his life. During this near-death experience, he sees his childhood flash before him. After the Second World War, 12-year-old Lem, orphaned by the war, is arrested by communist soldiers. He is taken to an orphanage. The orphanage is in fact a labor camp where the enemies of the revolution are ideologically reprogrammed. The headmaster, Comrade Ariton, is an ambitious, rigid man, but deep down he is also an honest man. One day, a mysterious, charismatic, and aristocratic-looking 13-year-old boy is brought into the orphanage. It is clear from the start that Isaac is a special boy, who dares to rebel against the authorities and is prepared to bear the brutal consequences. Lem is intrigued by Isaac and befriends the boy.
