El Dorado plot

In the fourteenth century, a Spanish expedition ship with 300 soldiers and 300 civilians sets out to search for the legendary 'El Dorado' in Peru. They are attacked by enemy jungle troops and then a mutiny breaks out among the soldiers. Eventually, they are forced to eat their own horses to survive and their leaders are the target of attacks.
