El Comensal plot

Icíar and Fernando are young. They are both going through the most traumatic experience of their short lives: the loss of a parent. But Fernando and Icíar cannot share the pain or the strategies to deal with it. They live in different times. Fernando is confronted with the kidnapping of his father by ETA in Bilbao in 1977. Icíar is confronted with the spreading cancer of her mother in Navarra in 2011.
