Die Auflehnung plot

Fish farmer Frank Wittmann gets into a fight with the local police after shooting a cormorant, which belongs to the protected birds. His daughter Ute has an affair with mink breeder Bernhard Drews. When Ute catches Bernhard with a woman, she retaliates by releasing his mink. Bernhard threatens Frank to report the crime and shortly afterwards Bernhard's house is on fire.
