De Zaak Bonhoeffer plot

Two men are waiting in a courthouse for their case. They are a bit vague about the exact reason for their presence. They theorize about responsibility, guilt, and punishment. Until they and other vague figures in the building are called for the hearing. Then it becomes clear what they have on their record and against whom they have testified.
