"For The Truly Committed..."

Letty Mayer is a devoted teacher with a successful boyfriend and a close-knit family who are very fond of her. Underneath her happy appearance, however, hides an insecure woman who is increasingly unable to cope with the everyday hustle and bustle. Suddenly, Letty collapses under the pressure and has a devastating nervous breakdown. She is admitted and ends up in a world completely foreign to her. She gets to know the schizophrenic Michael who has been in and out of institutions all his life. Though huge obstacles stand between them, both throw themselves into a passionate love affair. Now, however, Letty is caught between a safe past she knew or a new, challenging future.
