Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai plot

Second-year high school student Kodaka Hasegawa arrived at his new school a month ago and hasn't made many friends there yet. He has a Japanese father and a British mother and partly because of this he has the appearance of a troublemaker. One day he sees Yozora Mikazuki talking to himself and he starts talking to her about making friends. Yozora then decides to start the 'Neighbor's Club' and she makes Kodaka a member.
