Behind the Mask plot

Philip Selwood will work as a physician assistant at Graftondale Hospital. His boss is Arthur Benson Gray, the father of Philip's fiancée and an experienced chief surgeon. Both men are entering a dark period. Arthur temporarily loses consciousness during a delicate heart operation, and Philip neglects a patient who dies because of a mistake.
