An Adventuress plot

As the government of Alpania, a coastal republic by the sea, is threatened by revolutionary monarchists, three American adventurers, Jack Perry, Dick Sayre and Lyn Brook, arrive in the country and are immediately embroiled in the civil war. Perry insults the monarchists, who capture him and sentence him to death by firing squad. Brook saves his compatriot by bombing the complex, killing Perry's captors. Disguised as a woman, Perry infiltrates the royalist circle, where as "Fedora" he quickly becomes a favorite at court and manages to win the love of Zana, an Alpine woman.
