Alberi Erranti plot

Piero and his son Giuliano live alone on the outskirts of the city, on a farm full of injured animals that they take in and care for. The Nuns, prominent figures in the region, want to drive them away because they live as vagrants. During a snowstorm, Piero disappears and the animals are killed. Giuliano has no choice but to go in search of his father. During his journey, he meets Maddalena. It is love at first sight.
