World Safari plot

"Adventure Bound"

Documentary made from footage of Alby Mangels and John Field's six-year journey through 56 countries and four continents in the 1970s. The documentary includes a motorcycle trip through Australia. The pair live with Buddhist monks and Alby and John sell roadside life insurance to earn money to pay for the trip. At the end of their journey, they try to cross the Sahara in a two-cylinder DAF van.
