Who I Am Not plot

Two intersex South Africans are followed for five years. Sharon Rose is a beauty queen, and although she is officially recognized as one of South Africa's most beautiful women, she still struggles to understand how she was born with not only female but also male sex characteristics. She finds support from Dimakatso, an intersex activist who also struggles with gender dysphoria and tries to understand what "them" really is.
