Where to, Miss? plot

The young Indian Devki has to deal with firmly anchored traditions in society. However, she wants nothing more than an emancipated life. To achieve this, she dreams of becoming a taxi driver one day so that she can help other women home safely and become financially independent. But the opposition also comes in the form of familiar faces from her environment. For this documentary, filmmaker Manuela Bastian Devki followed three years, a time in which she evolved from daughter to wife and eventually to mother.
