The Ugliest Car plot

Seventy-year-old Bogdan Rozycki is the proud winner of the ugliest car in Poland prize. Bogdan has already fished an impressive trophy cabinet with his hideous barrel. The fact that the paint is still authentic says enough about the decomposition state of the vehicle. Three crosses dangle from the rearview mirror, and before sending the car onto the highway, Bogdan hits three more to keep death at bay. All that Catholic display might have been helpful, because in the passenger seat invariably sits his old mother Kazimiera, who, despite the life-threatening car, has reached the blessed age of 94 years.
