Tempestad plot
A group of innocent people - called "Pagadores" in Mexico - are accused of human smuggling and go to prison. Authorities reassure people by claiming that they dealt a serious blow to organized crime. The journey in "Tempestad" is by bus from Matamoros to Cancún, covering a distance of 2000 kilometers through a vague and barren area. There are inspections by masked, heavily armed men: there is fear everywhere, in a country dominated by an invisible war, the front line of which is also invisible. We hear the main character, but we don't see it.
