Silly: Frei von Angst plot

Documentary about the band Silly, formed in 1978 in East Berlin. In 'We Are Free', director Sven Halfar accompanies the band as they prepare for their Wutfänger tour, revealing the music's development process, the discussions within the band, the rehearsals and the nervousness before each performance. In addition, band members Ritchie Barton, Jäckie Reznicek, Uwe Hassbecker and Anna Loos respond in interviews and tell the story of the band about how social criticism was hidden in poetic lyrics in the times of the GDR.
