"The legend behind Falcon Studios"
This documentary tells the story of Chuck Holmes (1945–2000). He was a pornographer, businessman, and philanthropist from San Francisco and founder of Falcon Studios. In the years following the Stonewall riots of 1969, he was instrumental in the cultural shaping and perception of homosexual identity. He was also politically active and involved with activist groups, with which he sometimes had a problematic relationship, such as the Human Rights Campaign and the LGBT Victory Fund.
