"Sir, the judge told me today I was a bastard. What was my sin?"

For a variety of reasons, such as drug smuggling and shoplifting, young Iranian women live together in a closed rehabilitation center. To the judges they are "unwanted bastards", nothing more. Far from the painful, traumatic event that brought them here and in limbo about their release, these women are building a new community, a new family.
