Le Thé ou l'Électricité plot
At 2600 meters altitude in the Atlas Mountains lies the small town of Ifri. Time seems to have stood still. There are no amenities; no school or hospital and those who want to go to civilization have to walk. Especially in the winter it is rough and angry. A road through the mountains would be a real godsend for the poor villagers. However, the Moroccan government has decided to install electricity there. Hoping that the arrival of this modern facility will eventually provide a connection to the outside world, the villagers help with the construction of the electricity grid. Meanwhile, they work themselves, with minimal resources and risking their own lives, to carve the road to their village.
