Den Levande Skogen plot

A documentary about nature in Sweden by wildlife photographer and forester Stig Wesslén. Wesslén spent sixteen years on this nature film shot in Lapland, in which he recorded rarely observed behaviour. It shows, among other things, a reindeer that gives birth to calves in seething snow storms, in which it has to survive. Furthermore, we see spring in the vast forests, the courtship of the capercaillie, bears, moose and eagles.
