The Penalty plot
"Find the Blonde and Get the Gangster!"
The ruthless gangster son Russell 'Roosty' Nelson will soon follow in his father's footsteps. When Roosty's father Martin "Stuff" Nelson kills FBI agent Craig and a police officer, he witnesses it. The court intervenes and sends Roosty to a rehabilitation farm, where he can learn a new way of life.
