The Darker the Lake plot
In 1987, a group of bored teenagers play a strange board game with a supernatural atmosphere, and when a string of strange murders and suicides shakes the peaceful town, the police are baffled. The now grown friends play the creepy game again, and when strange things happen again, they suspect the game is at the root. Detective Tamara suspects the same. Now Tamara and her partner must outsmart the game before an ancient demonic myth becomes reality.
