Le Dossier Noir plot

A small town is plagued by corruption. By leading businessmen, bankers and even the police. A new prosecutor arrives in town to fight corruption. Despite all the opposition, he finds a file in which someone has made a detailed report of the corruption. However, its author died under mysterious circumstances.
