Validation plot
"A fable about the magic of free parking."
Hugh works in a parking garage where he has to validate parking tickets. However, he gives people much more than a stamp, he showers them with compliments. Soon people come to this garage especially for him and he puts a smile on many faces. One day he goes to have a passport photo taken and immediately falls in love with Victoria, the photographer. But no matter what he says to her, she doesn't smile.
