The Oliver na Inu, (Gosh!!) Konoyarou Movie plot

Police dog handler Ippei works with his loyal canine companion, Oliver. However, Ippei doesn't see Oliver as a dog, but as a foul-mouthed, womanizing drunkard in a dog suit. When a 'super volunteer' disappears without a trace, Ippei and Oliver find themselves in an increasingly absurd search full of surreal encounters, dark humor, and unexpected twists.
