Plugg plot

"A rollicking sex comedy - where not a cent is wasted on costumes."

Private detective Horatio Plugg is ordered by the mayor to file a file on the Pussycat Escort Agency. The mayor hopes Plugg will provide him with information that will allow him to close the escort service. However, Plugg is quite distracted by all the scantily clad women.
