Oflu is the new mayor and therefore has an opponent: Ahmet. The latter used to be mayor and is now pissed off because he now has less income. Meanwhile, wealthy contractor Ilyas wants Nur to marry his son Şaban. Ahmet immediately accepts this request to save himself. When Kadir and Oflu find out, they want to prevent the marriage.
