"The Hilarious Higgins Family Setting a New High in Humor"
Back home with the Higgins family, consternation ensues when the mother, Lil, enters a so-called dog biscuit contest. The top prize is a whopping $50,000. Unfortunately, the company that produces the cookies is represented by her husband's advertising agency and Lil cannot legally participate. The big problem, though, is that to win, Lil bought up all the dog biscuits in town.
