Meine Mutter Ist Unmöglich plot
Chef Toni's brasserie is mistakenly awarded a culinary star that was actually intended for the renowned restaurant of star chef Rufus. Without a prestigious star, Rufus sees his clientele decrease and move to the 'Kupferkanne' of manageress Toni, which only serves decent burger fare during the afternoon. Unlike her mother Heidi, Toni wants to rectify the misunderstanding as soon as possible. Ultimately, a television cooking duel must decide who gets the star: a duel between gourmet cuisine and burger fare.
