Meier plot

"Light comedy with the joke on Honecker"

Meier (Rainer Grenkowitz) tries to get a fake passport in East Berlin. He wants to go West to sell the inheritance of his father - who lived in the Federal Republic - and then go on a trip. However, when he manages to cross the border once, he gets a taste of it; he starts smuggling raw wallpaper between East and West.
