Marry Me - Aber Bitte auf Indisch plot
Kissy is a German-Indian single woman and mother of a daughter. She lives with her sister Sonal in Berlin. There she manages an apartment building full of incompetent tenants. One day she receives an unexpected visit from her strict grandmother, who comes to put the family affairs in order. Kissy's world is falling apart. A marriage? Traditional Indian, like grandma likes? With the listless, unemployed Robert? He may be the father of her daughter Meena, but Kissy has never really been with him. But Grandma doesn't know any of that, and she's not supposed to know either. And so Kissy has no choice: she persuades Robert to have a marriage of convenience.
