Mannequin plot
"Just because Jonathan's fallen in love with a piece of wood, it doesn't make him a dummy."
Jonathan Switcher is an unemployed young artist. When he makes the perfect mannequin, it ends up in the window of a large department store. Jonathan gets a job there and when the doll later comes to life as Emmy, they together make the shop window the most popular in town. This is much to the chagrin of the competitors.

Only nice for the 80's aspects and the Starship song during the end credits. If this film had been made now, I would have found it a terrible monstrosity.

Mediocre film about a young man who cannot hold down a job until he becomes a shop window designer. A bit of a stupid comedy (and for that reason sometimes entertaining) with strong acting. A nice idea that is rather poorly developed. Truly a product of its time and the film breathes the 80s.
