Maktub plot
Manolo is going through a serious crisis: his job is unbearable, his marriage to Beatrice is on the brink of collapse, and his relationship with their children is shaky. One day he meets Antonio, a fifteen-year-old boy with cancer, but with an infectious zest for life that touches Manolo. This turns his life upside down. Antonio's mother, his only friend - a neighbor - a fun food supplier, a quirky nurse and a host of other characters completely change Manolo's life.
