Chris Murdoch and his business partner Jeff Simon have quit their high-paying jobs at a major New York real estate agency to start their own businesses. However, their company is on the brink of collapse and is in danger of going bankrupt. The duo tries to land a big job to prevent this: the imminent relocation of the large corporation Reed & Reed, run by brothers William and Arthur. When Chris falls in love with Jennifer, William Reed's daughter, complications arise.
