Life in Color plot

Mary - a nanny - and Homer - a magician clown - meet at a 10-year-old's birthday party and are fired at the end of the day. They both have no home and are forced to look after the house of Homer's pompous childhood friend, Adam. The duo has a rough start. They soon realize the gravity of their situation and see the need to join forces, start earning money and pull each other out of the emotional hole. Mary inspires Homer to join Adam's comedy club to keep out of debt. Homer must overcome his fear and tries to remember how to be funny again.
