Leningrad Cowboys Meet Moses plot
After years of fame and misfortune in Mexico, the members of the band want to return home and their native village. They are led by their former manager, Vladimir, who now calls himself Moses. The journey across the ocean and the European continent is arduous and involves many dangers.

About the same as part 1, but now about the return journey. About the same, but just a little less.
The film is a lot messier, which is a real shame. That was part 1 too, but here it goes a little too far in the fragmentary and strange jumps. It's all even more absurd, but not necessarily funnier. Stealing the nose of the Statue of Liberty, the CIA agent and especially one completely absurd music performance after another are very entertaining things, while other humor seems a bit out of style (the dropping of the airplane wing). And there are other very nice things in it (just the introductory piece of text). But once again it is the incoherence and almost sketchiness that makes the difference from what could have been a really nice film to a very nice one now.
This one also gets 3.5 stars, but this is more of a 3.25 case, while the first part is more of a 3.75 case.
