La Famille Hernandez plot

André, a young teacher from Evreux, and his girlfriend Isabelle, leave in 1954 for Bab El Oued in Algeria. They stay with the sympathetic Hernandez family, whose daughters have very different characters and are confronted with their emotional problems. In the sunny climate and the enthusiastic atmosphere of the Mediterranean, they look for a solution together.
