J'avais Sept Filles plot
Somewhere in a small provincial town, seven young dancers, penniless, are left to their own devices after the bankruptcy of the business where they were active. While they are looking for a way to get out of money, Maria-Flora, who used to take care of their clothes, tells that not far from there lives a rich count with whom she had a relationship long ago. The ladies conceive the plan that one of them will introduce himself at his castle as his daughter, whom he has not seen for a long time. The ring formerly offered to Maria-Flora by the count should provide proof of parentage.
