Io Sono un Autarchico plot
A tyrannical director (Fabio Traversa) struggles to gather a bunch of friends to start a theater production. They get together and decide to go to the countryside for inspiration. Unfortunately, the final experimental result is not understood by everyone. The film also tells of the relationship problems that an actor Michele (Nanni Moretti) who participates in the theatrical performance is undergoing. His failed romance with Silvia (Simona Frosi) plays tricks on him. Although he can keep his son with him in the beginning, eventually he will also have to give him up.
