It's hard to work hard on a factory assembly line. Not only do you set the standard high for yourself, but you also put your colleagues in a bad light and they have to work harder because of you. However, Lulu Massa does not understand this principle. He enjoys the perks and bonuses bestowed upon him by management. A colleague of Lulu, however, shows him that his way of working is selfish and that the whole work situation in the factory is dramatically bad. Massa sets up a trade union for this.
