"Shemp is heir to his uncle Phineas million dollar fortune. Last Stooge short directed by Ed Bernds."

The Stooges are broke and about to be evicted. Shemp's wealthy uncle Phineas, however, comes to visit and the three manage to hold off their landlady with the promise that Shemp will receive an inheritance. But it turns out Uncle Phineas and the landlady already know each other.
