El Hijo del Cura plot
The daughter of the mayor of a small village in eastern Spain was having a hard time with the son of a respectable doctor. However, the mayor is a member of the provocative Spanish Communist Party. To avoid a family and political drama, the girl tells the doctor's son that she is not pregnant by him, but by Don Justo, the local priest. However, she doesn't realize what this confession will unleash in the town.
