Rita (Nina Kronjäger) tries to turn a castle with a park into a stylish eatery. Construction magnate Gerd Eberhard (Silvan-Pierre Leirich) gets wind of this and does not agree with Rita's plans. Rather, he sees a hotel appearing for the masses.
