Alouette, Je Te Plumerai plot

Monsieur Vergne is a cunning villain and an excellent actor. One day he has to be hospitalized for some old age ailments, but he manages to bring it so that people are convinced that he has only a few months to live. This gives the nurse Françoise an idea: together with her husband Jacques, they take the old man into their home and in this way they hope to win the inheritance. However, Monsieur Vergne is not the wealthy sculptor he claims to be, nor is he doomed. Meanwhile, Françoise and Jacques plot his untimely death in a bird paradise.
