7 Chinese Brothers plot
"Failure has a new overachiever"
Thirty-something Larry (Jason Schwartzman) was born twenty years too late to enjoy the once famous and laid-back Austin. However, Larry refuses to commit to the world of work. He is fired from one crappy job after another and spends most of his time drunk, one-sided conversations with his tolerant pug and scoring pills in his mother's nursing home. In a half-hearted attempt to get a job at Quick Lube, he can't even complete the application form. He gets the job anyway and to his surprise, he likes it enough not to get fired.
