For Tom and Jerry, it's an ordinary day of frolicking on the beach, until they encounter young spies Jonny Quest and Hadji with their faithful dog Bandit. The Quest family's nemesis, Dr. Zin, has discovered that Jonny's father, Dr. Benton Quest, has developed a device that could solve the world's energy problems. dr. Zin sends his army of evil cats to steal the device and capture Benton and his bodyguard Race Bannon. Now it's up to the young spies to join forces with their newfound friends.
