Eric Cartman is suing his mother for refusing to enlarge her breasts. Meanwhile, Denver, Colorado is still struggling with the severe drought caused by ManBearPig. Pi-Pi, the owner of a water park, wants everyone to drink urine and puts his sinister plan into action with the help of celebrities. Randy Marsh still acts like a Karen and gets famous over the internet. At home, Cartman discovers that the rich man he wanted to pick up has been murdered. He sets out to investigate with Butters and Tolkien.

The level with this second piece remains mainly the same as with the first piece. It is not as funny or sharp as a lot of other episodes of this series, but fortunately it is entertaining. I thought the addition of Karen Marsh was particularly successful, a complete twist from Randy that I'm not normally a big fan of. However, I found the addition of ManBearPig's family superfluous, although it's nice to see this creature again after season 22. The final is successful and the general level is easily achieved, but it is definitely not a tour de force, especially when we look at the sharper episodes of the series itself. However, if you are aware that episodes like Jakovasaurs exist, The Streaming Wars is a godsend.
