Six Men Getting Sick plot
Against the wailing of a siren a painting is gradually formed: we see more and more hand-drawn heads appear, six in total. These heads are connected to six stomachs filled with gastric juice, via six esophagus. Then flashes of red, and the heads seem to be vomiting. All this is repeated six times.
