Organ Grinder's Swing plot

Popeye and Olive are listening to Wimpy the organ grinder playing music, but their neighbor Bluto wants him to stop. Popeye and Bluto resolve their disagreement with their usual calm, reasoned discussion (this one includes Bluto stuffing Popeye into a garbage can and then launching him with a garden roller, after which Bluto stomps on Wimpy's organ).
