Old Rockin' Chair Tom plot
When Tom fails to catch Jerry for the umpteenth time, he is replaced by the lightning-fast cat Lightning. When the latter abuses his talents, Tom and Jerry form an alliance to get rid of the dangerous newcomer.

A movie with the necessary charm. Tom & Jerry are each other's enemies, but when a third party comes to interfere, they conspire again. In terms of story, not very special and the new cat is long forgotten after this. In contrast to other marginal characters that sometimes appear in the Tom & Jerry animations.
